Suicidal Ideation


We make it safe to talk about suicidal ideation. There are many risk factors as it relates to suicide prevention that we take in consideration. We realize that most people ask for help in different ways and suicidal ideation is one of those ways. Some risk factors are feeling hopeless or helpless; experiencing a stressful life event such as divorce or financial trouble; experiencing prolonged stress from bullying, unemployment or other issues; having a family history of suicide; and experiencing a death by suicide of a family member or close personal acquaintance. We are here to support you.

Family Issues


Good relationships run smoothly and enable you to enjoy your life, work, and activities beyond the relationship. You’re not always worrying or talking about it. Like a smooth-running car, you don’t have to keep repairing it. You may have disagreements and get angry, but you still have goodwill toward one another, talk things over, resolve conflicts, and return to a loving, enjoyable state.
Cars do need maintenane and when its taken care of, it performs better. Relationships also take time and effort to maintain an intimate connection.

Anxiety


Have you ever experienced a feeling of uneasiness before a job interview or while waiting for the results of a medical test? Certain challenging situations in life cause us to get awful feelings and make us feel worried about things. On those occasions, we may experience a multitude of both physical and emotional symptoms including; palpitations, sweating, feeling shortness of breath or smothering sensation of choking, chest pains or tightness, and nausea or gastrointestinal problems. Those are all signs of anxiety.

Trauma are mental disorders that include the experience of a traumatic or very stressful event. Not everyone who experiences a great deal of stress or trauma will develop a mental health condition, but for those who do, the cause can be traced directly to that situation as a causal factor. Trauma disorders must be treated or they can lead to serious complications ranging from problems at work to social isolation to depression and suicide.
